Sales Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will apply your unique Data and Telecommunication consultative and strategic selling skills, as well as your technical expertise to developing and managing a client base. Duties include developing a sales strategy, initiating contacts with potential data and telecom clients, consulting regularly with existing clients, understanding their strategic business objectives, assessing their information strategies and solutions in relation to those objectives. Develop proposals to meet those objectives, and selling your recommendations at the appropriate level to the clients' organization. The Account Manager works in tandem with a staff of Information Technology Professionals to deliver Telecom & Data solutions and proposals. You will have a dedicated support team and mature service organization to deliver the solutions you sell, plus expense allowances and benefits.

Background: Candidates must have a minimum of three years proven sales experience in the computer / information technology arena, with a very good understanding of data networking and/or telecommunications environments and proven sales record. 2) Must be focused, energetic, self-motivated and capable of initiating marketing activities by what ever means necessary. 3) Must be willing to be flexible with ongoing training and education requirements.

CABLE TECHNICIANS

If you have 2 or more years experience, can work independently, and are proficient in most or all of the following, Globus may have an opening for you.

Perform cabling runs using structured cabling topology according to local codes and regulations

Terminate fiber optic, data, voice and other specialized cabling such as RG6,etc, at the station and panel ends

Able to perform simple cross connects, and trouble shooting and testing for various types of cabling (primarily data and voice applications).

You should also have common hand tools, termination tools, and other items normally needed to perform the duties of a cable technician.

A plus would be If you have IDF , MDF or Data center construction experience, able to work from blueprints or floor plans, and can run small crews

Must live in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area, Orange County or surrounding communities. Globus Inc. does not provide relocation costs.
Salary and Benefits: Globus Inc. offers (depending on experience, education and skills). Compensation is negotiable depending on previous experience.
